Trip Itinerary
​
Day 1 (6/30) Thursday:
Arrival, relax, walk around property, meet and greet, reflections workshop and late night relaxing yoga group session
​
Day 2 (7/1) Friday:
Early morning yoga group session @ private beach, breakfast, hike Tayrona National Park (lunch @ own expense in park), hike back to hotel, dinner, and choice of 1:1 treatment (stretch, facial, or massage)

Day 3 (7/2) Saturday:
Early morning yoga group session @ private beach, breakfast, pick up from hotel to visit Tunkeka, meet Mamo (village spiritual leader), purchase lunch and crafts from locals (@ own expense), yoga by freezing water lake, bathe in freezing water, drive back to hotel, dinner, and choice of 1:1 treatment (stretch, facial, or massage)

Day 4 (7/3) Sunday:
Early morning yoga group session @ private beach, breakfast, pick up from hotel to visit Flamingo sanctuary, kayak in salty lagoon, relax by the beach with lunch included, drive back to hotel, dinner, and late night relaxing yoga group session

Day 5 (7/4) Monday:
Early morning yoga group session @ private beach, breakfast, free day for relaxation or more adventures @ own expense (there are tons of more activities including 1:1 treatment; please coordinate with retreat leader), dinner, and closing workshop/late night relaxing yoga/meditation group

Day 6 (7/5) Tuesday:
Departure day preparations, breakfast and transportation to airport

ECO EXCURSIONS

VISIT TUNKEKA INDIGENOUS VILLAGE
Visit an active indigenous cogui farmhouse with access to tour village houses.  Meet with MAMO (community spiritual leader) who will explain the mythology, customs, use of medicinal plants, and much more.  Access to purchase local crafts straight from the hands that created them.  End the day at the coldest rivers in the region for a yoga session and relaxing bath.  Tour includes round trip transportation from hotel, entrance to village, local guide, and insurance.  Approx. 5 hours
